Overview
We completed works for Mentone Station as part of victoria’s Level Crossing Removal Project. Works on the Frankston Line include 18 level crossing removals and 12 new stations.
Our scope included; supply, processing, fabrication, surface protection & transportation to the site of the structural steelwork including; platforms, handrail, stairs, lift shafts, buildings, canopies cladding, shear studs, fasteners and other miscellaneous items.
In great news for the client, we were able to assist in getting the work completed for them to open Mentone Station two weeks early. As a result, they were able to re-open the Frankston line 1 week earlier than planned.
