Thornton Engineering offers unmatched quality through tracking systems. Every items is individually tagged. All items must pass four quality checks before being approved for dispatch. These checks are completed after an assembly is tacked, welded, painted and prior to dispatch, ensuring that only the highest quality goods leave the site. Before any assembly moves to the next stage of production it must be individually checked and scanned. This ensures that our clients can be 100% satisfied that the product will meet their specific needs. This continually monitored quality system allows Thornton Engineering to provide clients with weekly progress reports for a project.
Thornton Engineering also offers a large variety of documentation and data collection. This allows for greater transparency and allows clients to have confidence in the projects. Reports that can be provided on request include ITP’s, WPS & PQR’s, Material Certification, Stamped Heat Numbers, Dimensional Reports, NDT Reports, Weld Maps, Paint Reports, As Built Drawings and finally MDR which compile all documentation.
