Overview
This Sulphur Burner project was completed for a highly regarded client of ours. This equipment will be used in a Sulphuric Acid Plant to burn molten sulphur in the presence of gas prior to cooling.
Our scope for this project consisted of:
- Design; including FEA
- Detailing
- Procurement
- Fabrication
- Non-Destructive Testing
- Hydrostatic Testing
- Surface Preparation
- Packaging for Transport
We also completed the Mixing Tee connecting to the Sulphur Burner for the next stage in the production process under the same scope of work. Third-party design verification was complete and statutory design registration was also undertaken.
